The basis on which we take on work.

Scope and quotes
Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately in writing before it begins.
Payment
Half on acceptance of the quote, half on delivery before handover. Invoices are payable within seven days.
Delivery
Delivery timelines start from the day we receive your content, not the day the quote is accepted.
Ownership
On final payment, the source code and hosting credentials are transferred to you.
Support
One year of technical support is included. It covers bugs and breakages, not new features.
